At I Design Fitness, LLC, I recognize that everybody is different, with unique goals and fitness levels. Because of this, I offer individual fitness and group fitness classes that are tailored to the individual, helping each one of my clients come up with a fitness plan that works for them and their lifestyle. Some of the fitness classes I offer include Taekwondo classes, older adult fitness, Zumba, Hatha Yoga, and much more!
I currently hold a Personal Training Certificate with the American Council on Exercise and I am a certified 200 Hour RYT Yoga Instructor. My mission is to open a clear path for you as an individual to hit your physical, emotional and spiritual target while enjoying yourself in the process.
